Job summary

Long Wave, Inc. is seeking a Tower Climber / Antenna Rigger to install, maintain and troubleshoot communication towers and antennas worldwide. You will read construction drawings, perform rigging, and ensure safety and quality certifications while supporting high-altitude work up to 300 ft.

The role requires 5+ years of tower rigging experience, ability to travel 100% of the time, obtain a passport and a NACI-Tier 1 clearance, and lift up to 75 lbs on long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in guyed tower rigging and erection.
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 ft and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel internationally (2–6 months per location) and obtain a passport.

Responsibilities

• Installs, erects, maintains, repairs, or retrofits guyed towers and antenna systems using safety equipment and tools.
• Reads and understands construction and tower assembly drawings.
• Maintains work, safety and quality certifications as required by industry.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
