Job Purpose

We are hiring a Worldwide Sales Operations Representative who will play a critical role in supporting the Worldwide Sales (WWS) team by executing initiatives that drive revenue growth across the Company's global distribution channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative tasks and direct communication with stakeholders.

You will help ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives, maintain strong communication with hotels and partners, and support revenue-generating activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute strategies and initiatives designed to support Worldwide Sales revenue goals


• Serve as a key communication link between Worldwide Sales Managers, hotels, and affiliates


• Manage and respond to WWS support inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution


• Perform administrative and data management tasks, including:

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience with outbound communication (phone and email) in a professional setting


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)


• Working knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Demonstrate familiarity with, or a willingness to learn, AI-driven tools and technologies

Location and Schedule

• This role is full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


• This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays.This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance. The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.

Pay

• The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $17.70 and $18.00 per hour.


• Actual base pay, however,willbe determined based onseveral factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands.


• This position is bonus eligible.
