Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Event Sales Intern for support during the critical summer season surrounding the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Arlington, TX. You will assist the Private Event Sales Team in outbound prospecting, research, and administrative tasks linked to client engagements.

This internship offers hands-on experience in event sales and exposure to large-scale events. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a related program and have strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong research and analytical skills needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Availability for nights, weekends, or holidays to support events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Private Event Sales Team with outbound prospecting.
• Assist with organizing and tracking client information.
• Conduct research to identify organizations visiting the DFW area.
• Compile prospect lists including key contacts for outreach.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to events.
