Job summary

CertainTeed is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a high-volume manufacturing plant in the United States. You will drive World Class Manufacturing maintenance strategies, lead capital and reliability projects, and develop engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe operations and strong asset performance.

You will partner with Production, EHS, Quality, and Corporate Engineering to support 24/7 operations, improve asset reliability, and achieve safety, quality, and business

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Automation/Controls) or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial manufacturing with progressive responsibility in maintenance, reliability or engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineers, supervisors, planners, and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and compliance initiatives across the site.
• Drive maintenance strategy to improve reliability and asset performance.
• Manage capital and engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Provide leadership to engineers, maintenance managers/supervisors, planners, and technicians.
