Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a PA WORKWEAR Specialist to operate the PA WORKWEAR Program for eligible participants referred by County Assistance Offices and approved Employment and Training providers. The role emphasizes compliance with contract requirements and high standard of behavior, with a focus on customer service within a community program.

The position requires ability to obtain necessary clearances, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, human services, or related field is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of standard computer programs including word processing, data entry via spreadsheets, email, internet, scanning capabilities, and data management systems of record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to referred individuals seeking assistance.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, staff, funding source, and community partners.
• Ensure files and records comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor program budget and reporting to appropriate staff, agency, and funding sources.
