Workspace & Facilities TI Project Management

The role is a full-time Construction Project Manager based onsite in Boulder, CO, supporting innovative tenant improvement, interior fit-out and facilities upgrade construction projects for a key technology client.

Turner & Townsend help deliver outcomes that matter through transformational programs covering the full spectrum of consultancy, project delivery and post-project operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Work full time (M‑F) onsite in the client’s Boulder office in a fast‑paced environment for a confidential tech industry client.
• Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Manage finances – ensure prompt client invoicing and use the financial system to monitor the project’s financial status.
• Plan the project, including producing a detailed project plan.
• Support the change control process.
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
• Prepare formal project budget progress and other reports.
• Implement quality control – ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products and refer ideas to the appropriate line manager.
• Ensure the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environmental issues.
• Support and establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be used throughout the project.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for various end‑user groups.
• Coordinate project phasing and sequencing in an occupied environment.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full‑time role is $135K-$150K per year. The range reflects base salary only and is a fair‑faith effort to provide a equitable salary; the total compensation package may differ.
