Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is looking for a Pump Repair Technician in Virginia, Minnesota. In this hands-on role, you will disassemble, inspect, repair, and test vacuum pumps to ensure they meet high-quality standards. You will maintain a clean workspace and participate in training programs.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1+ years of mechanical experience, and is skilled in using hand/power tools. The position offers competitive salaries, health benefits, and a $500 tool allowance after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and inspect vacuum pumps.
• Repair and rebuild using OEM specifications.
• Test equipment for quality and performance.
• Document work orders and test results accurately.
• Paint, package, and prepare pumps for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and safety programs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Skilled with hand/power tools and measuring devices
• Forklift experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
