JBT Marel is seeking a Workshop Operations Manager to lead all workshop activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will develop and implement policies and best practices, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with service, parts, engineering, and support teams to drive performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in workshop or technical operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing workshop, service, manufacturing, repair, or technical operations.
• Strong understanding of operational planning, quality systems, safety programs, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily workshop operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery objectives are achieved.
• Develop and implement workshop policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and performance.
• Ensure workshop resources, equipment, tools, and facilities are effectively utilized and maintained.
• Coordinate with service, parts, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of workshop activities.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to workshop operations, quality, productivity, and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve turnaround times, and increase customer satisfaction.
