Overview:
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Organization Change Management, Communications, and Learning experience within several of our focus industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support client engagement teams in OCM activities
  2. Lead a small team of analysts and consultants
  3. Gather client data and provide analysis to support design of solutions
  4. Support development of work products following project guidelines, such as creating end-user documentation and job aids
  5. Track program metrics and status
  6. Lead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through the process
  7. Contribute ideas to provide solutions for clients
  8. Support the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology

The successful applicant will demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs for one or more of the following:

  1. Organizational Change Management / Training Curriculum and content design / Org. Design and/or Optimization
  2. ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  3. Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics)
  4. Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other collaboration platforms)
  5. Digital commerce implementations/transformations
  6. Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs
  7. MA&D transformations

Delivery Responsibilities:

  1. Independently lead client meetings or change visioning workshops
  2. Build an OCM strategy/plan
  3. Identify and manage stakeholders
  4. Lead culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning
  5. Design and deliver communications in print, web, and talking points
  6. Analyze and share "what's changing" information about the work and organization
  7. Manage development of training strategy and oversee training delivery
  8. Design new/revised jobs and organizations
  9. Align HR policies and practices with the new way of working
  10. Facilitate business implementation readiness through a network of client business representatives
  11. Lead substantial workstreams successfully; focus on business impact as well as results. Identify and track output parameters
  12. Deliver accurate, clear, and concise messages that inform and frequently persuade audiences to take action
  13. Systematically break down complex problems or processes into manageable parts, using advanced techniques and charts
  14. Adapt to the needs of diverse audiences and/or complex situations

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
  2. Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations

  4. Must be a resident of one of our Hub locations (or live within a 2-hour distance to the Hub Location) – Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Bridgewater NJ, Atlanta, Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA
  5. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to effectively analyze data, interview metrics, and communicate results to management
  7. Organized and able to work independently
  8. Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
  9. Desire to work in a global delivery environment working on large complex programs
  10. Use of all MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, Instructional Design or other related fields
  2. Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations
  3. Can lead substantial workstreams successfully; focuses on business impact as well as results
  4. Ability to build enduring relationships with Client team members
  5. Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities
  7. Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail but isn’t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done
  8. Creative problem solver

Compensation: For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN states, estimated annual compensation will be $93,500 to $118,500.
