Sentry seeks Workplace Technology Engineers to design, implement and maintain innovative tech solutions. You’ll contribute with input, learn through Sentry University and peers, and grow through ongoing conversations about career development.

Your role involves collaborating with desktop hardware/software teams, delivering automation, and improving client experience in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment. This position supports a hybrid work model and Stevens Point campus resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystems in enterprise settings.
• Proficient with scripted automation in a relevant scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex, cross-domain end-point environment problems.
• Improve processes and outcomes within workplace technology and across the organization.
• Deliver automated solutions to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with lead engineers and technical leadership across desktop hardware/software.
