The part-time Workplace Support Assistant (WSA) provides administrative, technological, and communication support to Dr. Coble Temple. This role is designed to support Dr. Coble Temple in performing the essential job functions across teaching, advising, research, and administrative responsibilities. The Workplace Support Assistant serves as an extension of the faculty member’s communication and operational capacity, assisting with transcription, digital navigation, academic processes, and daily coordination.
The PCA role is specifically designed as a reasonable accommodation to support a faculty member in performing their core job responsibilities. The PCA must be able to perform the essential responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation The role requires sustained attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information The PCA must be able to respond to shifting priorities and maintain workflow in a dynamic academic environment
Location: JFKU Pleasant Hill Campus, Pleasant Hill, CA Travel: limited travel to NU related events.
