  • Lead space optimization for offices and labs with biosafety/GMP standards.
  • Manage campus lab space allocations using utilization metrics.
  • Maintain workplace policies and safety/ergonomic guidelines with R&D/QA.
  • Drive change management and occupancy transition plans.
  • Collaborate with local/global partners to align projects with master plans.
  • Oversee sustainability, furniture reuse, and donation programs.
