You will oversee reporting, automation, and the development of low-code applications, balancing capacity and budgets while ensuring security and scalability of all deployed tech.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in program management or tech-enabled workplaces.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions like Google AppSheet and PowerApps.
  • Experience with dashboards and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team delivering technology, AI solutions, and data analysis.
  • Direct production and maintenance of ad-hoc reports, data pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Drive development of AI tools to enhance service effectiveness and integrate new technologies.
  • Supervise design and maintenance of low-code business applications.
  • Balance team capacity and assignments to meet competing customer needs.
  • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the program.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of all implemented technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Workplace Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee a multidisciplinary program focused on technology-enabled workplace solutions, data analysis, and AI-driven service improvements. The Workplace Program Manager will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, while balancing capacity, financial stewardship, and operational priorities across the program. This position also plays a key role in driving reporting, automation, and application development that enhance service delivery and business performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 annually
