Accenture in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Workplace Operations Experience Analyst to provide hospitality and customer service to clients, visitors and employees in an onsite role.
You will greet guests, manage space reservations, support meeting and event technology, maintain facilities, and collaborate with teams while staying within business hours.
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite; Monday - Friday)
The Workplace Operations Experience Analyst is responsible for completing a wide range of hospitality and customer service activities focusing on client, visitor and employee experience. The Operations Experience Analyst is the primary point of contact for their assigned work area, will be in the office Monday through Friday during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST) and will perform a wide range of workplace services which may include meeting and event support including audio visual technology, room setup, reservations support, space management and other activities as required.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
