Our Portland and Seattle offices have an opportunity for a Workplace Health & Safety Associate to join our expanding practice. This role offers a unique opportunity for an OSHA attorney to assist senior attorneys and take a significant role in litigation, with extensive contact with clients and opposing counsel. Candidates should have experience investigating case facts, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing witnesses. OSHA experience is not required.
The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practice at Ogletree Deakins is known for our attorneys' expertise and the high level of service provided to clients. Our nationwide practice includes representing employers in OSHA litigation before various agencies and courts, providing compliance advice, litigating rulemakings, and conducting training.

Salary ranges vary by location, with specific figures provided for Colorado, New York, California, Washington, DC, and Maryland, adjusted based on experience and other factors.
