Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an Education Manager to lead consultation and execution of key deliverables supporting the Workplace Education program, coordinating campaigns with plan sponsors, relationship teams, and presenters to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and positive outcomes.

You will manage education workshops, act as SME on offerings, and oversee logistics and materials, driving participant satisfaction and engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in a related field.
• Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred.
• 3-5 years in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests for education workshops and provide consultation on client needs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on educational offerings and delivery strategies.
• Foster client satisfaction through execution of requests and management of logistics.
• Manage promotional aspects and presentation materials to drive engagement and budget considerations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within education operations and implement changes.
• Participate in additional team and business unit initiatives.
