We're looking for a process-driven Project Manager to lead our workout program creation services. You'll coordinate with creators, freelancers, and internal teams while using AI tools to optimize workflows and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator projects from coach handoff through program completion
• Coordinate between creators, programming team, and design team
• Provide weekly status updates and maintain client relationships
• Optimize workflows and improve internal processes
• Leverage AI tools to streamline operations

What You'll Do

• Set up Slack channels and creator portals for new projects
• Track creators through writing, filming, and program build phases
• Send weekly progress updates to creators
• Submit tickets to programming team and monitor completion
• Coordinate handoffs between teams
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions

Required Skills

• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• AI fluency (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
• Personal training certification or fitness industry background
• Experience with workout program design
• Strong process optimization mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
