Roadrunner Services, LLC in Elkridge, MD is seeking a dependable Working Site Supervisor to oversee daily vehicle transport operations at our Baltimore–Washington location. You’ll drive a passenger van to move drivers between the auction lot and storage locations, coordinate staffing, train new drivers, and verify daily time entries while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This on-site role requires initiative, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable attendance during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive a passenger van to transport drivers throughout the auction lot and between storage locations.
• Coordinate daily staffing and ensure sufficient drivers are available to meet customer volume and production goals.
• Conduct new driver orientations and ensure proper training and onboarding.
• Manage and verify accurate daily time entries.
• Communicate daily with the auction customer to maintain relationships and meet service expectations.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to drivers while promoting teamwork, accountability, and safety.
• Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and concerns to the Market Manager.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

Roadrunner Services is seeking a dependable, proactive Working Site Supervisor to oversee daily vehicle transport operations at our Baltimore–Washington location.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes initiative, works well independently, builds a strong team, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work closely with our local Market Manager, who provides support from an off-site location, while taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a passenger van to transport drivers throughout the auction lot and between nearby vehicle storage locations.
• Coordinate daily staffing and ensure sufficient drivers are available to meet customer volume and production goals.
• Conduct new driver orientations and ensure proper training and onboarding.
• Manage and verify accurate daily time entries.
• Communicate daily with our auction customer to maintain strong relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
