Job summary

KingsClean is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor in Albany, TX to lead our custodial team on the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits after the initial probation period.

You will manage daily duties, train staff, and ensure high cleaning standards while complying with safety requirements. The position requires supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Custodial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Dependable with leadership skills and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and availability to provide coverage.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening; KingsClean pays for fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily duties, train employees, and inspect work
• Perform cleaning duties, including floors, restrooms, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal
• Cover employee absences and staffing needs
• Use a computer to prepare and submit reports
• Monitor supplies, organize storage, and report staffing or maintenance concerns
• Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed
