FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hardworking janitorial supervisor committed to reliable quality service, customer relationships, and team building. Based at the McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS).
This position requires an open and flexible work schedule, 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
The Janitorial Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining safety and operational excellence. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor oversees safety measures, scheduling, staffing, supplies, documentation, quality control, training, and client communication. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality service. The role involves frequent interaction with the Safety Department, accurate documentation, proactive problem-solving, and team management.
