We are hiring 2nd Shift Working Foreman Receiving Specialist to help produce Libby's Vienna Sausages, VanCamps Baked Beans, Healthy Choice Soups, Hunt's Manwich, Hunt's Spaghetti Sauces, and more at our Archbold, OH manufacturing facility. You will report to a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and join a team of 500 at our plant.

Shift: 2nd (approx. 2:50 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

Location: 901 Stryker St., Archbold, OH 43502 (Onsite at a production facility)

Hourly Rate: $25.17 per hour plus $0.75 shift premium for 2nd shift

What Impact Will You Have On Our Business?

• Lead receiving procedures in the Sauce department.
• Coach employees on Good Manufacturing Practices, SSOPs, and plant guidelines to ensure Safe Quality Food.
• Guide the receiving crew to meet safety and quality standards.
• Participate in and comply with plant safety and quality requirements, including PPE use, safety checks, housekeeping, 5S, and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment to ensure Safe Quality Food.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to safely walk up and down stairs, twist, turn, bend, or reach.
• Ability to work in diverse conditions such as cold, hot, wet, or slippery environments.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Work well in a team or individually.
• 1+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing is beneficial.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing is beneficial.
