City of Methuen is seeking a Working Foreman for the Highway Division within the Department of Public Works. This role supervises crews and performs skilled manual tasks related to carpentry, masonry, and park maintenance, ensuring work meets standards and safety protocols.

The foreman will oversee crew scheduling, assign tasks, and occasionally operate light and heavy equipment. A CDL B with air brakes endorsement is required, and candidates must be able to work in all weather and physical

• Working knowledge of proper construction and installation methods related to highway projects.
• All duties must be carried out in all kinds of weather at all times of the year.
• The position requires moderate physical strength.
• CDL B with air brakes endorsement is required.
