Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Services Foreman to lead a team of handymen in performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.), excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves supervising job sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks ofhandymanteam members on multiple job sites.
  

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work as needed (e.g., drywall,minor electrical/plumbing, carpentry).
  

• Ensure all work meets company standards andcomplies withsafety and building codes.
  

• Communicate withBSC Management teamto assess needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  

• Inspect completed work to verify quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
  

• Capture before and after pictures of work that is being completed.
  

• Coordinate/Maintaininventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  
  

• Procurement of inventory (tools, equipment, supplies,etc.)
  

• Provide training, support, and guidance tohandymanteam members.
  

• Track labor hours, materials used, and job progress for reporting and billing.
  

• Troubleshoot issues on-site and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingualpreferred
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• 5+ years of experience in general maintenance orhandymanservices, with at least3
  yearsin a supervisory role.
  

• Strong knowledge of home repair and maintenance across multiple trades.
  

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  

• Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  

• Ability to lift 50+lbs.and work in a physically demanding environment.
  

Working Conditions:
