Qualifications

• Valid NJ/NY Electrician license required (Journeyman or Master preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites while actively performing electrical work alongside the team.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, conduit, panels, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks to journeymen and apprentices, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers and general contractors regarding job progress and material needs.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.
