Job summary

PSG Energy Services is seeking a Working Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical installations. You will work hands-on with the crew, directing site operations, mentoring electricians, and delivering high-quality client results.

You will interpret blueprints and schematics, plan daily execution, and enforce safety standards on active job sites while coordinating with project managers. This full-time role requires travel for out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and industrial electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a foreman or lead role directing jobsite crews.
• Active OSHA 10 certification, with the commitment to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days of hire.
• Proven expertise reading blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical project submittals.
• Demonstrated hands-on skills in conduit bending, switchgear installation, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel for out-of-town project assignments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders or lifts, and work at heights in dynamic weather conditions.

• Hands-on background with solar energy installations or EV charging infrastructure.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Prior experience managing subcontractor crews across concurrent job sites.
