Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Workfront Fusion Developer & Integration Consultant for a client in Boston.

You will design, build, test, and maintain complex integrations between Workfront Fusion and Adobe tools, Jira, and other marketing systems. Responsibilities include API and webhook development, data mapping, error handling, and collaborating with marketing, creative, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion or Integromat.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront objects, forms, templates, queues, permissions, and reporting.
• Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe products, DAM systems, Jira, and other enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
• Familiar with OAuth 2.0, API keys, and common authentication methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across APIs, integrations, and automated workflows.
• Consulting or professional services experience with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain complex Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations and automation workflows.
• Connect Workfront with Adobe tools, DAM platforms, Jira, APIs, and other marketing technology systems.
• Develop custom API, webhook, data-mapping, and workflow automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data-flow errors.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery processes for automated workflows.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Optimize existing Workfront and Fusion configurations to improve workflow efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations, mappings, configurations, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners on integration initiatives.
