Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University invites a master's level mental health clinician to join the Resident and Faculty Wellness Program. The role focuses on monitoring AFSP Interactive Screening Program (ISP) responses, tailoring supportive interventions, and guiding employees to mental health resources.

You will educate staff and promote ISP across OHSU. You will collaborate with RFWP clinicians, participate in triage of urgent cases, and develop outreach on group support after critical events,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 5 years of related experience, including counseling or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience providing case management, crisis intervention, and mental health services for clients in crisis and/or at high risk for suicide
• Significant experience and demonstrated commitment to working with diverse populations, including race, culture, disability, gender, gender orientation, and age.
• Expertise in social determinants of health.
• Must possess one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MHC, or equivalent license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor institution-wide responses to AFSP ISP and provide tailored responses and resource navigation.
• Promote the ISP across OHSU through educational outreach.
• Collaborate with RFWP clinicians to monitor and triage urgent support requests.
• Develop and offer outreach and education related to group support after critical events, suicide prevention and postvention.
• Collaborate with partners from Student Health, Occupational Health, and the OHSU Outpatient Clinic on suicide prevention projects.
• Respond promptly, ethically, and independently during complex and/or acute situations.
