Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Workforce Management Planning & Strategy Manager to lead the Shared Services organization for multi-channel contact center staffing, forecasting, and real-time monitoring across Paychex operations in the United States.

You will translate strategy into actionable workforce practices, collaborate with finance, HR, and service operations, and drive occupancy, productivity, and service level attainment while developing staff and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading people.
• 5+ years workforce planning in large multi-site contact center environment.
• Experience with forecasting.
• Experience with workforce management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into workforce management practices to improve performance and efficiency.
• Use forecasting to schedule labor resources to meet service demand fluctuations.
• Deliver accurate data to monitor adherence to workforce policy and drive occupancy and productivity.
