Job Description

As a Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Consultant, you will take a lead role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workforce Software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors and SAP payroll systems. In addition to implementing solutions, you will guide clients through strategy sessions, serve as a subject matter expert, and mentor junior consultants.

Location:
This is a remote position (within the United States), but you can also work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME, Shawnee, KS, or Orlando, FL.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will not have direct reports.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $135,000 depending on experience. In some cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Integration, and Reporting implementations.
  • Conduct client strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly.
  • Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with client business goals and compliance needs.
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring requirements align with our SoW, work is completed to a satisfactory level, ensuring communication with our WFS enablement partners, to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants, supporting their knowledge transfer and professional growth.
  • Manage tickets for our existing clients to update their configuration as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Enable standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expertise and certification in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Software Integrations and Reporting.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into system solutions.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving both technical and functional system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, pre-sales support, and internal leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure successful implementations.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation and configuration.
  • Experience leading projects, including client advisory, system design, and configuration.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants and supporting their development.
  • Experience in Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred).
  • Workforce Software Integration / Reporting Certification (preferred).
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll experience (a plus but not required).

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
