Job Purpose

We seek a dynamic and experienced Global WorkForce Software Time & Attendance Application Analyst to lead the implementation of Workforce Software Time Management. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to streamline operations and improve efficiency worldwide. Job Description
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the WorkForce application, including best practices, optimization, support oversight, implementations, and product roadmaps.
  • Gather requirements, lead workshops, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Design and document end-to-end solutions for new implementations or enhancements.
  • Handle complex issues related to administrative and configuration challenges.
  • Develop complex formulas utilizing mathematical and programming skills, including business rule calculations.
  • Perform unit and system testing to ensure configurations meet business requirements.
  • Understand WorkForce Software product configuration, including naming conventions, database impact, template customization, troubleshooting, and implementation sequencing.
  • Stay updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements to improve skills.
  • Maintain required WFS Product Suite certifications.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Estimate work effort accurately.
  • Provide status updates on enhancements and implementations to business and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
  • Manage business expectations through effective communication during the implementation lifecycle.
You are meant for this job if:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with WorkForce Software Time & Attendance module, with all relevant certifications (CT101, CT102, CT103, CT125).
  • At least 3 years’ experience and knowledge of SQL, capable of writing simple to moderate queries.
  • Experience with global implementations.
  • Understanding of HR and Payroll processes and the impact of labor laws.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with implementation principles and lifecycle.
  • Technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Programming experience in Java, C#, C++, or similar languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degrees in Business Administration, MIS, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions; no sponsorship provided.
