Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP Company, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to grow our cloud-based HR solutions across global prospects with 1,000 to 3,000 employees. You will work in your assigned geography to hit revenue and product goals.

You’ll lead market research, develop an annual business plan, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners while upholding ADP’s ethics and customer focus. The role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Field Sales Manager.

We’re looking for a sales professional ready to grow new market share for our cloud‑based Human Resources solutions across global prospects ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 employees.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing yours. Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals.
• Plan and report to achieve success. Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals for revenue attainment. Compile Account Plan documents and maintain prospect business reports.
• Market & conduct market research. Develop prospective client sources, use sales automation tools, identify competitive prospects, and design strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

To Succeed in This Role: Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of sales experience.
• A college degree is great but not required. Military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is also acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.

Compensation

Base salary: $76,400 – $152,000 per year, potentially supplemented by bonus, equity, or commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, disability coverage, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, vacation, and paid volunteer time off are also provided.
