Job Description:

Client's IT team seeks an innovative, adaptable, results-oriented individual to work in Workforce software within our Engineering Systems area. Responsibilities include providing business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build infrastructure supporting customer needs. The candidate will collaborate with Business Leads, Product Owners, IT Business Partners, and IT Project Managers to roadmap, plan, and deliver environment build-outs. The role acts as the key interface between IT Development and the Product Owner, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for design, development, and system integration from definition to implementation.
• Ensure system and architecture compliance with Client's standards and principles.
• Review technology proposals, recognize deficiencies, and implement solutions.
• Apply industry trends to improve service delivery.
• Understand complex technology concepts and employ appropriate solutions.
• Manage technical risks and oversee technology aspects of projects.
• Provide production support.
• Create and revise technical plans as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and liaise with vendors.
• Manage multiple projects and vendor relationships.
• Deliver high-quality stakeholder service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience with Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces.
• Mandatory certifications: CT104 or CT103, Workforce Time Interfaces.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software.
• Proficiency in configuration, integration, and application development.
• Experience supporting enterprise Workforce implementations.
• 5-7 years in SDLC environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with environment setup from an infrastructure perspective.
• Vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
