Wipro is seeking a Workforce Software Consultant in Lansing, MI to architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions for clients. You will lead design sessions, integrate SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS, and coordinate with payroll and ERP systems to deliver compliant deployments.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage small to mid-sized implementation projects, ensure on-time delivery, and support pre-sales with strategic guidance on workforce optimization and analytics.

• 8-10 years of experience in workforce software solutions.

Job Description

Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.
• Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.

Implementation & Configuration

• Perform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Conduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and delivery phases.
• Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects.
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.

Integration & Reporting

• Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.
• Enable standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.Applicants are advised that employment in some roles may be conditioned on successful completion of a post-offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.
