We’re looking for a Workforce Scheduling Solution Manager to oversee the delivery of Project Flex, a 3‑year initiative to modernize scheduling for hourly employees across all North American manufacturing plants (US, Canada, Mexico). This role acts as a critical conduit between business, Human Resources (HR), and Digital & Technology (D&T), ensuring the right people and processes are in place for a smooth, timely implementation. This is a new position, reporting to the Project Flex leadership team, with remote flexibility and moderate travel (~25%) to manufacturing sites as needed.

The salary range for this position is $108,900.00 - $181,700.00 / Annually.
