Job summary

Community College of Rhode Island seeks a Program Delivery Specialist, Workforce Partnerships to coordinate and operate industry-aligned workforce programs, advancing CCRI’s role as the state’s workforce provider.

Working with Directors, Managers, instructors, and cross-functional college teams, you will support operations, scheduling, communications, and data tracking to ensure efficient, student-centered delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of workforce program or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support workforce program operations across locations and modalities.
• Assist with program scheduling, logistics, facilities coordination, materials, and technology needs.
• Support participant onboarding and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate program communications with participants, instructors, and partners.
• Maintain program calendars, schedules, and operational timelines.
