What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor tasks and deliverables as per the ADP implementation project plan
  • Identify and manage risks, developing mitigation plans in collaboration with the client and project manager
  • Provide subject matter expertise on ADP Workforce Manager and assist in test strategy and planning
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand and translate current labor structures into WFM Business Structure
  • Support the client in training efforts, including customized training sessions for various employee roles
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience with Workforce Manager
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions
  • Availability for a project-based commitment of 150-200 hours
  • Ability to work part-time with flexible hours
  • Must be located near or willing to work with a client based in Houston, TX
