As Workforce Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional customer service, innovative cost-saving initiatives, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute effective workforce scheduling strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Partner with regional management to adapt national best practices for local needs.
• Analyze workforce performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with labor brokers and contractors, negotiating competitive rates to control costs.
• Ensure top-tier communication standards to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Create job postings, schedule contractors, and manage purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly site visits to engage with customers and vendors.
• Supervise on-site labor to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Support program managers and directors in overseeing labor crews.
• Recommend qualified contractors for recruitment and assist in training initiatives.
