Advocate Health is seeking a Workforce Management System Analyst to support workforce management technology, staffing processes, and scheduling operations. You'll partner with leaders, HRIS, Information Systems, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize system configurations, and support end users.

The role focuses on configuring applications, training, go-live support, and ensuring staffing aligns with clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years of scheduling and staffing, budgeting, or time and labor experience.
• Experience with scheduling and staffing practices.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, file management, and data mining.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities
