Workforce Management Brand Analyst - Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial person to join Williams-Sonoma Inc's Workforce Management (WFM) team. This position will be responsible for providing staffing, scheduling, payroll, analytical, and business decision support for all retail stores. The primary focus will be driving retail store productivity and profitability through the development of operational and workforce processes, while being a key resource for developing analytics to support our ambitious retail growth initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, data-driven and enjoys taking initiative as a contributor in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment, working across multiple and diverse initiatives and projects concurrently. The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000-90,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
