Must be able to navigate Hyflex technology, teaching will be in-person at the Harrisburg Campus.

Job Summary: HACC's Language Institute offers Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of ESL classes at the Harrisburg, Midtown 1 location, Lancaster campuses, and off-site for business and industry. Courses begin during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. The current course schedule is available at www.hacc.edu/adulteducation.

HACC maintains a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty positions in ESL and interviews applicants as openings arise.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, ESL teaching certification, and 2+ years of ESL teaching experience.

Hiring Range: $26.00 - $37 per hour.

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours).

Hours per week (if part-time): Varies.

Equipment Requirements: Candidates must provide their own technology equipment, including a computer with a current web browser, broadband internet, and communication devices for synchronous meetings. Requests for accommodations can be made if equipment requirements cannot be met.
