This is a hybrid-remote position that requires a significant amount of work conducted on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met. To be considered applicants must be within commutable distance to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).**Responsibilities:**Conduct workforce organizational assessments and needs analysis. Map out a scope and sequence using backward planning. Apply subject matter expertise to determine the highest value-added goals and objectives and develop an effective course of action to achieve them.Develop, outline, and conduct key events and milestones to meet customer needs.Plan and deliver engagements of varied duration (.5 day - 9 days) for groups numbering 10-200. Customize these events to the development and timing needs of the customers you support.Manage communications, customer expectations, and program deliverables. Simultaneously execute multiple customer engagements, meetings, and routine/scheduled deliverables.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and training delivery across the Naval Maintenance Community.Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.Other duties may be assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success.**Qualifications:** *Required:*Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
