Job summary

The National Education Association (NEA) invites applications for an Employee Development and Engagement Intern in the Human Resources Department for Fall 2026. This fixed-term internship runs six weeks to a full semester, beginning on or after September 14, 2026, and ending December 14, 2026, based at NEA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Interns receive a $20/hour stipend, up to 20 hours per week, and participate in training, data analysis, writing, and organizational activities across NEA

Qualifications

• Intern will assist in staff development research and data gathering.
