Unity Health is seeking a Workforce Development Assistant to support administrative, coordination, and outreach activities for its workforce development programs in Searcy, AR. This non-exempt, hourly role is funded through the RISE AR RHTP grant and requires travel to Unity Health facilities and partner sites.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree and have experience with data entry, records management, and coordinating with multiple partners, educators, and students.

Formación

• Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with administrative duties, records, or HR support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across partners, educators, and students.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain rosters, records, files, data, schedules, event materials, and program documentation.
• Coordinate with LMS administrator to ensure trainings, credentials, and milestones are recorded correctly and on time.
• Support apprenticeships, Grow Your Own, Pathway Program, internships, Tuition Assistance Programs and education partnerships.
• Lead outreach to associates, students, applicants, educators, and community partners.
• Travel to Unity Health facilities and partner sites; participate in events as needed.
