The Northern California Non-Profit is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support job seekers and employers with employment assistance and workforce development services. You will welcome customers, assess needs, and assist with resumes, applications, and labor market research.

Responsibilities include facilitating workforce readiness workshops, maintaining records, and supporting job development, placements, and partnerships.

• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, databases, and community resources.
• Education or experience in human resources, social services, or related fields.
• Valid driver s license and ability to obtain workforce certification within nine months.
