Job summary

Comcast Colorado is seeking a workforce analytics professional to support short- and long-term planning through data analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights. You will partner with leaders to evaluate operational needs and develop staffing recommendations that drive budgeting decisions.

The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights, presenting to senior leadership, and building dashboards in Tableau.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Tableau and other BI/reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and business data from multiple sources to support staffing, capacity, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop forecasts and analytical models to evaluate current and future workforce needs based on demand and growth.
• Translate analysis into clear insights and present to senior leadership through compelling presentations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Tableau and BI tools.
• Partner with BI teams to identify reporting needs and address business questions independently.
• Support budgeting and financial planning by forecasting staffing requirements and costs.
• Assess workforce impacts for onboarding new business groups and align plans with goals.
