Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Workforce Analytics Consultant to develop and deliver analytics, scorecards and dashboards that inform human capital decisions. You will provide real-time and forecasted data to support workforce planning and business outcomes, applying creativity and analytical rigor to influence leadership decisions.

  • 1 year of experience in Workday Adaptive.

Position Summary

The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an analytical role
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling
  • Experience with SQL, or similar language preferred
  • Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics or working with HR/organizational people data systems preferred
  • 1 (one) year of experience in Workday Adaptive
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.

The pay scale is $127,171.20 - $175,614.40 USD.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
