Workforce Analytics Analyst

Role Summary

This role supports internal reporting and analytics needs across a large organization. The Workforce Analytics Analyst focuses on building reliable data outputs that help teams understand trends, monitor activity, and make informed operational decisions.

The position is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with an emphasis on data clarity, consistency, and usability rather than strategy ownership or advisory work.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using enterprise data sources
  • Analyze workforce‑related datasets to identify patterns and trends
  • Translate raw data into clear visual outputs and concise written summaries
  • Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders
  • Validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
  • Document reports, data definitions, and usage guidelines
  • Support improvements to reporting processes and data workflows
  • Assist with short‑term analysis and special reporting initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL
  • Experience supporting automated or scheduled reporting processes
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with sensitive or confidential data
