Our client, an American financial technology company that develops financial software and services, is hiring a Business Data Analyst to join their workforce capacity planning team in San Diego, CA.

This team is planning 18 months in advance the headcount and resources they will need for contact center support during tax season. As an Analyst on this team, you would be responsible for pulling data across multiple sources to help build data-driven insights into their resource planning capabilities. The ideal candidate would have previous experience with SQL and Tableau for reporting and data visualization needs.
