ABOUT THE ROLE

At Incisive, we’re reimagining how dental practices adopt and implement digital workflows. As a Workflow Training/Support Associate, you’ll lead the technical onboarding for new practices—setting up equipment, delivering structured remote training, and creating helpful support resources.

If you're technically savvy, passionate about training, and fluent in dental technology, this is a high-impact opportunity to help transform how care is delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Setup & Deployment
  • Configure computers, install software, and verify scanner and graphics readiness.
  • Guide remote test scans and package systems for shipment.
  • Install and calibrate ICam and Dominoes systems; provide setup resources.
Customer Training
  • Support Wi-Fi/device connection, test scans, and scanner care during unboxing & setup.
  • Teach network usage, crown workflows, maintenance, and support protocols during primary training.
  • Provide live case support for implant, denture, and bridge workflows (advanced chairside training).
  • Train on secondary applications like treatment simulator and patient monitoring features.
  • Instruct on STL export/model maker use and Power Platform integration (AOX).
  • Provide ongoing support and retraining as needed.
Documentation & Resources
  • Track common customer support issues and solutions.
  • Create written and video guides for training and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain training logs and records in Excel.
TOOLS YOU’LL USE
  • 3Shape Scanner & Software
  • ICam / Dominoes setup and calibration
  • Outlook/Gmail for communication
  • Excel and CRM for tracking sessions, support cases, and trends
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years in training, onboarding, or technical support—preferably in dental tech or dental practice.
  • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning (3Shape preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and instructional presence.
  • Comfort creating support documentation (written and video).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a remote-first role with high client interaction. You’ll need to be proactive, tech-literate, and great at explaining workflows clearly. Flexibility to accommodate client schedules is a plus.
