Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced workflow configuration specialist to develop, configure, test, and deploy SWFT-based forms and workflows in Global Operations, Data Reporting and Operations Management. You will review requirements, design forms, and coordinate with business partners to deliver production-ready solutions.

You will lead the full configuration lifecycle with minimal oversight, translating complex processes into scalable workflow configurations, and partnering with process

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing workflow solutions on a comparable workflow platform.
• Demonstrated experience configuring workflow solutions including requirements analysis, form creation, data element selection, routing and form logic, testing and deployment.
• Proven experience serving as a workflow consultant partnering with process engineers and stakeholders to translate complex processes into configured solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn SWFT and related tooling quickly.
• Experience leading full configuration lifecycle with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and implement complex workflow forms and fulfillment flows.
• Collaborate with business teams to review requirements and coordinate delivery of workflow solutions.
• Lead projects and provide guidance on workflow configuration best practices.
